10-Inch Android 2.2 and Win 7 Pad/Tablet PCs

Hi,

I am the director of iDefinition, a multimedia integration solutions service provider. I am currently in the market for sourcing 10-inch tablet/pad PCs. I need one with Android 2.2 and another with Windows 7. I am looking at ordering 300 of each if suitable samples are provided and prices negotiated. My minimum standards are as follows:

(a) Minimum 10-inch screen
(b) High resolution: minimum: 1024 x 768
(c) Responsive screen (cannot tolerate lag or delays)
(d) Must have WiFi the very least
(e) One tablet must have Win 7
(f) Other tablet must have Android 2.2
(g) Thickness must be less than 18mm
