10" ARM/X86 Netbook/Smartbook with 3G

We are looking for an attractive, durable, long-life smartbook/netbook with a 9-10" screen. We are looking for a low-cost solution and are open to low-power designs based on cellphone processors.

Our absolute minimum requirements are only 400 MHz ARM processor, 64-96 MB RAM and 1 GB NAND Flash storage provided there is hardware support for encryption, MPEG4, and OpenGL.

We are open to affordable units up to 1.6 GHz with 1 GB of RAM, with larger screens, provided it meets the other requirements of durability, quality, attractiveness, and design lifespan. DO NOT EMAIL WITHOUT PRICE FOR 1.6 GHz UNITS.

We strongly prefer integrated 3G and/or WiFi radios.
