We need ALu foil laminate with PE/PET woven
Detail as follow:
Thickness: + alu 30 micro meter pe 30 micro meter for HDPE bottle
+ alu 30 micro meter pet 30 micro meter for PET bottle
Wide: 0.6m
length: 500m
quanlity: minimum 500kg/month.
Our process machine:
- Type of wax we using for laminating above pulp board is combined microcrystalline wax and glue . If you have a good wax alloy or good glue replace, we have the honour buying it.
- laminating process: ALU surface of laminate can be roll - coated with wax alloy melting and cooled. The wax -coated surface can then be placed in contact with the surface of a pulpboard sheet form and pass through squeeze rolls at alevated *****
