air cargo to Moscow

Dear sirs! My name is miss Olga Lebedeva. I am a logistic agent from Russia. Now we have a lot of deliveries from China to Russia, but it's a greate problem with the hight prices of air tariffs. Exquise me my terrible English, pls.
Now we need to deliver from Shengzheng to Moscow such goods: Rs-toys helikopters - 353kg 4, 95m3 (but seller have no export license) and leathes materials 520 kg, 1, 7 m3. At last we have tarif 3, 15/kg, but now our agent told us, that there is no places on board so we can fly by the "VIP" tarif 4, 30/***** we are in shock!!! Please, if you can help us:
