breaded chicken wings

Looking for a drummy, also possibly both joints. Have been dealing with the same company for over 10 years. Their quality has been incosistant over the past year ,and it was myself that brought it to their attention. I am caught between a rock and a hard place. I go through 3500 cases or 42000 pounds, or over 100,000 a year for the product. I would like to hear from someone that could help me with the situation I am in.
