Hello Ill introduce myself for some background information. Myself and my two partners are internet marketers and have around 300 websites between us. We have collected long email lists of people that wish to purchase the latest Smartphone and branded phones. We have large amounts of traffic that visit our sites. One partner lives in New Zealend one in London and I live temporarily in thailand. We are all english. I have been put in charge in sourcing a suitable drop shipper from china for us to work with on a long term basis.

I have reasearched extensivley for around 30 hours the good and bad things that can happen when trying to set up this type of business. This is no reflection on your company at all
but Im sure you are aware of the many people that are trying to scam people out of ***** also have a good friend that has run a manufacturing business in china for 20 years who
is also giving me advice on setting this up who is based in Shang-Hai.

I would like to approach you to see if we can agree on a set of terms and conditions.

The best terms and conditions I can see so far are as follows

1. We WILL NOT PAY with Western Union or TT
2. We will pay with *****/credit card/paypal(possibly)
3. We would prefer escrow as a preferable payment method
4. The phones will always be drop shipped to either the partner in the UK or New Zealand and we will inspect and sell onto customer.
5. We would like to know the guarantee terms and condition should a phone be broken.
6. We would like to know the customs rules that we can use.
7. All phones would be sent by registered mail with tracking numbers.
8. We plan to sell following this volume plan 1, 2, 3, 5, 5, 5, 10, 10, 15, 15, 20, 20 and increase
slowly
9. If you have a number of overseas customers we would like to have references to contact them on your previous business history with them.
