Buy T-Shirt per container just Yellow and Red colors

Im quoting for buying T-Shirts for a sale opportunity trough my contacts.
I need the next quantities:
1, 200, 000 (1.2 million) Yellow T-Shirt (regular Yellow, not bright or a light one) One size fit all or Large
200, 000 (200 thousand) Red T-shirt
The matterial coud be nylon, recycled plastic or cotton. Whatever is cheaper.

Pleas provide the price, the volume/container to be purchased minimum, the payment terms and the delivery place and date for your price.

The fabric quality doesnt matter too much. Just specify the fabric thickness.
I need them (CIF) Shipped at El Paso, Texas, USA.

My due date to deliver it to Mexico has to be before April 16th. So I need to have them at least 3 days earlier At El Paso, TX. If it is not possible, call me at my cell phone 52-614-1780191 (Mexico) and lets hear for a delivery date.
