Formulation: The estrogen component of the combined tablet shall contain 30 microgram ethinylestradiol or not more than 50 microgram mestranol. The progestin component of the Combined pill shall contain one of the following in the amount specified: - Levonorgestrel 0.15 mg,- Norgestrel 0.30 mg,- Norethindrone 0.5 mg or 1.0 mg,- Norethindrone acetate 1.0 mg,- Desogestrel 0.15 mg,- Norgestimate 0.25 mg,- Gestodene 0.075 mg, The spacing tablets in a 28-day packet shall consist of 7 tablets containing inert ingredients (conforming to the Suppliers standard inert tablet) or Inert ingredients plus 75 mg ferrous fumarate.
