QUANTITY: 25 000 - 50 000 MT - 100000 OR 300000 MONTHLY

DELIVERY: FOB Baltic Sea OR ANY EUROPEAN SAFETY PORT
DURATION OF CONTRACT: 12 months with possible extensions to 48 Months
PRICE:
Commissions: 50% by Seller side and 50% by buyer side

Payment: Revolving DLC
PROCEDURE

1. Buyer or buyer mandate issues LOI
2. Seller provide FCO by Seller and draft contract
3. Buyers accept the FCO
4. A TTM take place on where Buyer provide POF and Sellers POP, sign the contract and confirm the rest of procedures
5. The Seller shall confirm the ***** Prof of Product ***** favor of the Buyer within 3 (three) banking days from the day of signing of contract.
6. Buyer will instruct his bank to issue operative, unconditional, irrevocable, non transferable and indivisible Bank Guarantee (BG) covering 3 (three) months of delivery in favor of Seller also known as Beneficiary within five business days from date of reception POP.
7. Both BG and POP will terminate one month after the date of delivery of the last tranche of goods to the Buyer, unless extended or terminated earlier by the contractual factors described here to or mutual consent or modification (in writing with original signatures of the Seller and the Buyer).
