E-Book Reader; Kiosk

I am looking for a company that can manfacturer a ebook reader and kiosk to upload/ download from and a main station. I need to be able to control the kiosk from a different location. I want the ebook reader to have a clear casing and it can not have internet access. It should be able to read all formats of e-books, e-magazines, e-newspapers, ***** I need it to have other programs installed but for now I would like a quote fortje main station, 150 kiosks and 20, 000 e-book readers to start.
