GPS AVL systems

Looking for an existing GPS AVL / Tracking system that has easy to understand reports.

Simple easy to read reports with address and map view links.
Integration with Google maps.

Want to be able to host on own server with multiple user accounts.

Would like an IP67 case if possible with internal transmitters

Intend on Marketing to trades services in NZ and possibly Australia.

Please advise what you may have.
