You MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

a. must have all legal registrations required in the country of origin.
b. must accept payments through escrow agent.
c. must utilize our customs broker for overseas imports.
d. must provide pricing *****. and deliver to port.
e. must provide products in quantities ranging from 20 to 1000 units.
f. products must be new; in original packaging; engineered for use in the U.S.
g. product cost must be less than 50% of MSRP including shipping/import fees.
h. must not conduct drop ship activities direct to consumers.
i. must not compete against buyer by selling direct to public.
