"Farmasam" Co LTD is a farmaceutical factory producing 7 kinds of infusional medecines in glass bottles for 14 years (hemodex, glucose, disodium bicarbonate etc). Today the factory needs a modernization. We want to review the production with PVC or Non-PVC packaging. Our production volume is 1500 bottles/hour. Bottles glass and are 250 ml and 450 ml. Now we are using horizontal autoclave, which uses steam under pressure and inner size approximately 1000x1000x1000 mm.
Please advice which packaging you advice (PVC or Non-PVC) and why. Also please inform about technological proces (is id different from glass bottling). Should meet the requirements of GMP standard.
Also, please advise some manufacturer, where i can buy a filling and sealing machine
