Inquiry about slew drive in solar equipment

My name is Josh. I am interested in your slew drives for application in solar tracking. Currently we are in the paper design phase, but would like to know the price of a slew drive that can meet our specifications. We will require either 9000 units or 18000 units. These slew drives must support a 1500lb array hanging a foot out from the drive. The drive also must withstand a 40mph wind force on the array, and have a work life of 30 years with low to no maintenance.

The drive must be accurate to .5 degrees, with very little backlash (.002"). The drive must also lock and support the loads.


Please send a quote for 9000, and 18000 units. Including single unit cost, shipping, and total cost.

Also, please include tech sheets for the motor, drive, and gear set.

If you have any Solidworks models of the slew drive it would be helpful as well.
