Ipad 64GB 3G orders Paypal Gateway Upon Delivery

This is for an order that will be drop shipped in the event that my current partner cannot fulfill the order. To complete this, the seller must be able to accept paypal. Additionally, the payment will not be submitted until delivery of goods is confirmed by paypal. This is a stipulation placed on the order by paypal (that is not how I conduct business. Paypal has placed that requirement on the order due to the high fraud rate of drop ship orders).
