I have been for more then nine years the Ready-mixed Concrete and Quarry Divisions manager of a multinational company at Israel. I have good personal relationship with all owners and Presidents of all ready-mixed concrete companies and Quarries as well as Cement Importers.

I have been also connected to one of the largest cement manufacturer in the world.

There is a possibility to acquire 51% shares with option to increase it to 100% of two ready-mixed concrete companies that have their own captive markets (like the Arab market). Through one of them 4 additional ready-mixed concrete plans could be taken over as well resulting in a total of 12 existing and operating ready-mixed concrete plants consuming annually more than 200,000 tons of cement.

It should be indicated that based on their low net profit today those companies might be taken over at a relative low price while due to marketing synergy between them and reduction in overhead costs a good ROI might be achieved.

Additional sales volume of 600,000 tons per annum could be sold to the ex largest importer of cement to Israel

I am checking today the possibility of buying a mini cement plant to be installed at Israel. We have already carried out Geological surveys and are applying for a suitable site. We have already several quotations out of which we consider a 1000tpd dry modern rotary kiln Cement plant with preheater and calciner.

We would accept any synergetic investors/partners for this project.

We are sure that developing commercial relationship based on my experience and connection in the Cement, Ready-mixed concrete, Quarries and the Building industries fields in Israel might be beneficial and most profitable to both sides.
