Looking to Purchase MTNs, BGs, CDs

I am DIRECT to a mandate who is looking to purchase MTNs. This mandate just closed 3 mtn deals last week. He is very serious and has no time for time wasters or people who misrepresent themselves.

This buyer will NOT provide POF and is not a pension fund or a Foundation. Here are the requirements:

1. There is no POF
2. Looking for 87 + 1 or lower
3. Either spot buys or contracts
4. Interest rate 7.5%
