BUYER will buy MTNs which satisfy the following conditions:
1)MTNs must be seasoned.
2)Must be visible on banking screens.
3)Deliverable on banking screens.
4)Must be investment grade.
5)CF basis.
6)Confirmation of Buyerfunds and Seller MTNs by respective bank officers before issue of MT 799. - or Letter of Capability.
