pizza cheese

Dear Sirs,

I come by this mail on the behalf of Wooden Bakery Lebanon, the fastest growing franchise company in Lebanon, to have some knowledge and get answers regarding Pizza cheese.

Working to unify our raw material all over the branches (18 branches in Lebanon and one in KSA) currently we are mixing 3 types of cheeses (Mozarella, Fondelle and Gruyere) to get the necessary melting and flavoring characteristics.

Quantity wise we are talking around 10 Tones/month (without Saudi Arabia). We are searching for an external manufacturer to see if it is possible to provide us with the desired quantity.

We have few questions we would like to clarify:
1- Is it possible to export your cheese to Lebanon?
2- Does Kingdom cheese has a ready to use cheese specifically made for pizza?
3- If this cheese is available and if you can export to Lebanon will the cheese come in blocks or shredded?
4- What is the expiry date given for such a product?
5- Does Kingdom cheese has any Quality certification over its products and/or its services (ISO, HACCP&*****)?
