Plastic Cookie Cutter

I am looking to have manufactured a plastic cookie cutter with specific dimensions and shape, with an inside length of 127 mm, an inside width of 90 mm, a thickness of 1.5 mm, and a height of 15 mm including the lip. The lip at the top extends 5.5 mm over the edge of the wall and is 3 mm in thickness. Upon your reply I will send you photos and a spec sheet.
