rapseed oil - buyer 100 000 tm/ month

I'm a translator and interpreter from Italy.
My customer would be interested in signing an annual contract for the purchase of 100 000 MT per month of rape seed oil for bio fuel. He is also interested in spot purchases of minimum 12 500 MT.
Please send us a soft offer on CIF Italy terms of delivery and the technical characteristics of the product as well as your sales conditions to let us evaluate your offer and in case my customer accepts it we will send you a LOI confirmed by his bank.
The only acceptable payment conditions for us: 100% by irrevocable L/C payable against the shipping documents.
