Solar Panel With Batteries for Class I Div I area

SPECIFICATIONS

·        Solar power supply unit with solar panel, charge controller and batteries shall be

provided with necessary statutory approval for hazardous area installation.

·        Solar panel sizing calculation with sun autonomous time for 8 days shall be submitted to us for review and approval.

·        Sizing shall include power supplies for external devices such as flow computer, Pressure Transmitters and Temperature transmitters

·        Batteries and the battery enclosure shall meet the FM/CSA approval requirements for use in specified hazardous areas.

·        Flow computer with external power supply option shall be provided with battery and battery charger with external power supply.

·        Certified for installation in Class I, Division 1 Groups C&D hazardous area by FM/CSA or Nationally approved certification authority

·        Rugged and capable of withstanding extremes of weather, handling, transportation and hazards associated with installation in remote field locations. In particular, it must operate under the following conditions:

a. Temperature from -40 to 140 degrees F.

b. Moist and corrosive environments (H2S in particular).

Output Voltage: 24VDC

Power Required: 200 Watts  24VDC
