Vinyl Toy/ Designer Toy/ Art Toy makers - Injection mould, roto cast

I am an illustrator and a hand crafted toy retailer in Canada.
I have about five different designs for roto-cast vinyl toy or ABS. I am planning to distribute in North America and Japan (targeted to designer toy market). I'm looking for a high-quality plastic toys for art toy market.

Basically, my toys are to be matte coloured, about 3 inches in size.

Here are my questions:
-Can I get a quote for my designs? Can I send you some photos of my prototype?
-How do you want to have a prototype? Is the photo enough, or a sample I made? Or 3D model in computer?
-How long is the production time?
-Are samples available before we go ahead with mass producing?
-How do I send the exact colour, would Pantone colour number do?
-Also, can you make individual packaging according to my design as well? If so, what kind of packaging options are there?
-Do you have any shipping information to Canada? (Ontario to be specific)
