Description
I am an importer in the United States sourcing for seafood.

Currently we are sourcing in South America and we would be interested in finding frozen seafood suppliers in the region because we are comfortable doing business there. Plus we have had many IQF seafood products from the region and find the quality very adequate. However, we do not have much experience in the industry so we are looking for a company that can help us grow in the seafood business.

I am interested in IQF products such as salmon, trout, snow crab, king crab, hake, cod, bass, tilapia, scallops, shrimp, langostinos, octopus, squid and calamari in portions, filets and steaks. I am also interested in fish burgers or patty's and mixed seafood pieces as are common in "caldo de los siete mares" or "cioppino". I am also interested in breaded seafood items and prepared food. We plan to market these products to restaurants and commercial accounts and to the general public via the internet.

If you process in strict HACCP standards, then please let me know whom that I may contact for a possible business association.
