Dear Sir,

We are looking for a complete process crude oil refinery with Capacity of 40, 000, 50, 000, 60, 000, or 100, 000 BPD. The owner and suppliers of used oil refinery has requested to send us their offers prices and the necessary information according to the following specification.

Used Crude Oil Refinery

Capacity: 40, 000, 50, 000, 60, 000, or 100, 000 BPD
Raw Feeding: Heavy Crude Oil
Products Process: Gasoline, Kerosene, All Purpose Diesel, Fuel Oil, Flaked Sulfur, Naphtha, and so on.

Supply the answers of the following questions
1. The refinery is running or has shut down at present time?
2. Supply the Technical Specifications.
3. If it has already shut down, please mention the reasons and date.
4. Are the processes equipments are made of USA or other country?
5. What is the date of installation and name of Location?
6. What is the date of running?
7. Is the refinery revamped after running, please mention the revamped list.
8. Can upgrade the refinery and increase the capacity?
9. What is the price of refinery as where it is?
10. How long need for dismantling and refurbishing?
11. What are the Costs of Dismantling, Refurbishing, and Export Packing?
12. What is the cost of Shipment to one of Middle East Sea Port?
13. How long need for re-erection and running in the new location?
