Dear Sir,

We have just got one inquiry from one large customer in Iraq. They are in need of big supply of rice. Please send us your best CIF price per ton according to details:

1-Request your best offer for white Thai Rice, in other word, ordinary rice for cooking of good quality.
2-Quantity : 12500 "fifty thousand" metric tons
3. Price : CIF
4- Destination: ( Um-Qasr marine port near Basrah-Iraq. )
5- Packing Size: 50 Kg/sack
6- Bag Material: Sackcloth or other synthetic fabrics. "the lower in
price is preferable".
7- Payment: by L/C , irrevocable letter of credit opened by
our costumer after we agree on all terms of the contract.
8- Pricing: breakdown, by US Dollars.
9- Shipping date: as soon as possible.
10- documents needed: Full standard documentation known for such
deliveries, including "not limited to" :
- SHIPMENT ADVISE
- COMMERCIAL INVOICE
- BILL OF LADING
- CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN
- PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE
- PACKING/WEIGHT LIST
- QUALITY CERTIFICATE
- FUMIGATION CERTIFICATE

Tarket price acceptable by out customer is USD340-355 per one metric ton at Um - Qasar port.
