We are looking to buy 1000 mt of FOJC on behalf of our client a fruit juice manufacturer in europe.

Specifications:

a) sensory
- Color/ look: orange/yellow
- Smell: as tropically orange fruit meet
- Taste: as tropical, fresh orange, no bitter

b) chemical and physical parameter
- concentrate
- Brix 65 or more
- ratio 11.0 - 13.0
- Juice on 11,2° Brix
- Lactate acide (D+L) max. 150 mg/l
- Ethanol max. 1000 mg/l
- Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) max. 10 mg/l
- Patulin max. 25 ug/ml
- Ericocitrin less than 5 mg/l
- Hesperidin (HPLC-Method) less than 500 mg/l
- Water- soluble pectin max. 450 mg/l
- Ascorbin Acid (Vitamin C) at least 350 mg/l

c) microbiological parameter
- entirely germinates numbers at least 5000 per g
- candida and mold fungi at least 500 per g
- osmo tolerated candida at least 50 per g
- acid tolerance (alicyclobacillus) not demonstrably pro 10 g
