Description
We have legal status and representation from our purchasers with unlimited financial banking from HSBC and Hang Seng, HK to facilitate and purchase russian oil products such as Mazut, D2 and jet fuel.

We will take all available, proven and legal allocations.

We provide directly to Chinese refineries, we are not brokers or middlemen.

We can pay using range of options, payment must be at port of unloading, POP must be proven beforehand before proceeding.

In return, within 48 hours, we will gladly show our mandate letter, RWA, and previous track history upon approval of POP to indicate our seriousness. We want to be as transparent as possible.

NO TRADING HOUSES, TRADER, MIDDLEMEN, KINGS/QUEENS/SULTANS/RAJAS.

We only call allocation holders and end russian refineries who can indicate POP cert.
