STANDARD AAMA 2603 BAKED ENAMEL DURACRON PAINT FINISH COLOR TO MATCH EXISTING WINDOWS. ULTRA LIFT BALANCES WILL BE PROVIDED AT BOTH TOP AND BOTTOM SASH. INTERNAL GRIDS BETWEEN THE GLASS AND EXTERNAL APPLIED MUNTINS BARS. STANDARD MANUFACTURER'S HARDWARE.
