Budget Pricing for Anti Skid Products .

We want pre - formed fiberglass profile, constructed by combinding polyester resins with fibre xxxxx gritted surface should be carbon / silicon.
Grit profile medium to heavy.
Size : depth 70 mm. Nose 30 mm.

Please provide a single unit price, based on an overall potential order of circa 900 stair treads.
Each tread to be 1100mm wide with front lip and three pre drilled countersunk holes.
Each tread to be of medium course finish in two colors, green tread with yellow nose.
Each tread to have three fixing clips made up as follows countersunk cross head through bolt with cleat, washer and self locking nut.
The cleat should be an elongated U shape, be long enough and have a slotted hole to allow adjustment to fit stair grating cross members. All fixing materials are to be in stainless steel.
A proportion of the treads (approx 10%) should have a profiled back edge to facilitate installation as a trip free top step; this should be allowed for in the single unit price.
