Verifiable offers for:

Cement: FOB or C&F for South Africa, (Durban preferable); both FOB and C&F alternatives would be useful.

Quality: SABS: 50197-1 / SABS EN 197-1:2000: 42.5N; Mill will need to be SABS Certified. We can facilitate SABS Certification for any mill that does not have it, but manufactures to EN 197.

Inspection: SGS at loadport; cost 50/50 seller/buyer

Quantity: 100,000 MT per month in three 35,000 - 40,000 mt loads (requires 8 vessels to supply this quantity from China with back-cargoes - 80 day round trip)

Packing: 50kg paper/PE printed bags; 40 bags (pockets) in a 2MY PP outer sling bag.

Contract Term: 12 months with extensions, but including annual pricing breaks. Standard contract with supplier 2% PB. INCOTERMS current edition.

Payment: DL/C against shipping documents and invoice. We have verifiable funds immediately available with top world bank

We have an allocated Berth at Durban Port with 10m draft. We have port logistics including stevadorage, insurances, local storage, transport and full logistical distribution system in place.

We can place our confirmed order immediately. First deliver as soon as mill can deliver [preferably in December 2007]. Wwould run contract to end December 2008.

We have confirmed back-cargoes in excess of 100k mt per month if from China.

Serious verifiable offers with immediate, repete immediate, inspection of mills before contract. Would expect to sign contract with 10 day of offer, having inspected the mill(s). Further 170k mt in to orders (100k & 70k mt) to follow if first contract successful started
