My name is Alex Zeng, and I am Marilyn Plastic MFR's purchasing manager in US. Marilyn is a trade/manufacturing company with its headquarter in Shenzhen, China and its core business is scrap plastics importation and recycling. We are currently importing large quantities of scrap plastics from Spain, Germany and several other European countries. Since there is an increasing demand in China for scrap plastics, we now are looking for potential suppliers in North America with whom we'd like to establish a long-term business cooperation. We aim at, within one year, reaching to import from US 40 to 50 containers (40' HQ)/month to meet the substantial growth in demand that we foresee.

We are interested in the following scrap plastics: ABS, AS, PC, HDPE, POM, PMMA, GPPS, HIPS, PP, and PE etc. We are serious buyers and will purchase with monthly forecast. If your prices are competitive, your products' quality meets our standards and we reach to an agreement on payment terms, we will be ready to place the first order this month or in the first week of March.

Please kindly email/fax me your current inventory along with prices (CIF preferably, with Hong Kong as port of destination, FOB also acceptable, and please specify the port of departure as well), pictures and specs at your earliest convenience. Also, I'd like to know what are the measures that I shall take to ask for samples of all scrap plastic products above mentioned. I went through your website and I am happy to know that your company has a good quality control procedure. With our European suppliers, we always send a person to do onsite inspection when the scrap plastics are loaded into containers for transportation. I am wondering if we can follow the same procedure with your company if we conclude the deal. Please also let know your payment terms.
