DEAR SIR,

I HAVE A BUYER SEEKING SE74 AND SE 76 WITH xxxxx

Listed below the buyers procedures which they will not change under any circumstances.

1) Seller gives offer in ENGLISH
2) Seller deliver goods to either Frankfurt or Switzerland along with certificates from either Fresenius or IGAS,
3) Buyer and seller meet in Frankfurt or Switzerland.
4) Seller show certificates. If all are OK they go together to buyers bank and payment is arranged to sellers choice of bank.
5) Once payment has been made buyers take over ownership of the goods.
6) Maximum price for SE 74 is $45000 per gramme which must include ALL commissions. SE 76 is $23000 per gramme which must also include all commissions.
7) Minimum tranches are 500 grammes. No smaller amounts will be accepted. There is no upper limit after test tranche,
BUYERS WILL NOT WORK WITH LETTERS OF CREDIT BUT ARE WILLING TO GIVE A BANK GUARANTEE LETTER FROM DEUSTCHE BANK TO COVER FIRST TRANCHE OF 500 GRAMMES.
