We are purchassing soft PVC scrap.
Density is 1.5 or less, softness is DOP 35-70 part.
Lght color preferred. Dark is OK.
Pruchasing volume is 2,000 metric tons per month.
Containerrized package. Price term is CIF, Korea.
Payment is 100% L/C.
