Description
We are planning to enter into grain milling business in the Lake Victoria Region in Kenya. This will undertaking whole maize flour milling and can later diversify into wheat and rice milling. We are looking for medium sized machinery to undertake the following:
Cleaning of the raw material,by separating stones and other impurities using both separator machine and air-powered aspirator machine.
Removal of the exterior skin of the grain(bran) and the part of the germ,through a process of rotation that grinds the grain into pieces.
Separation,using screens,which results into two component products the bran and the germ on the one hand and crushed grain on the other
Transformation of the grain,after separation,into maize meal.different sieves for different grades
Packing in 1kg and 2kg bags
Packing machines should be able to seal paper bags
The initial capacity is estimated to be 250tonnes per day.
Please give quotation on the various ranges of the mills in new,reconditioned and special offers options.
We are asking you to quote for various ranges of machines that can make that Assembly line
