Dear Sir /Madam,

We are a gasket manufacture in Iran who manufactures mare than 800 types of auto. gaskets.
At this time we search a new raw material for XU7 CHG production line that has attached technical specification.
1)Description
Nonmetallic gasket material, composed of aramid fibers in combination with mineral binder and NBR. This material is stapled on to both sides of a sheet metal.
This composite is used for the cylinder head gasket.
2)Characteristics :
Original

â?¢Compressibility (%) :7 to 13
â?¢Recovery (%) :45 min
After aging
70 h at 100°C, water and ethylene glycol (50/50)
â?¢Weight increase (%): 1 to 7
â?¢Thickness increase (%) : 0 to 3
â?¢Compressibility (%) :8 to 14
â?¢Recovery (%) :45 min
5 h at 150°C, IRM 903 oil
â?¢Weight increase (%):8 to 14
â?¢Thickness increase (%) : -3 to +3
â?¢Compressibility (%) :8 to 14
â?¢Recovery (%) :45 min
22 h at RT, Fuel C
â?¢Weight increase (%):7 to 15
â?¢Thickness increase (%) : -3 to +3
