3. Broken Silicon Wafers for cleaning and refurbishing job. We have a State of the at Lab for this refurbishment.

Specification for Broken silicon wafers:

resistivity should be >.5 for P type and >1 for N type.

broken size of the wafers can be from 5cm or greater .
coated or pattern or bare all are fine.

Round wafers are also good.

4. Polysilicon Scrap =AD any kind
Such as: Tops and Tails of Polysilicon
Sample specifications:
Product: poly silicon top and tails with resin
Type: P type
Resistivity: > 0.5~6
Size: 6.5 cm X 2 cm up
Thickness: over 0.3cm
Surface with resin thickness 1.2cm
Resistivity: > 0.5~6
