We are looking to lease several billion dollars worth of Bank Gurantees, We are prepared to send an MT013 to the seller bank if we receive ab NT-760 detailing the instrument. Our Bank is the Royal Bank Of Scotland, We require nuo escrow, no upfront fee and no upfront fees. We are willing to pay extra for a Provider that will follow our procedures.


In addition we are looking for spot buys on Medium Term Notes, Person or company offering mus ge direct owner of instrument or legally approved seller of instruments,
