Description
We have Requirement of 100% Cotton Leno Weave Fabric.
A.(Quantity)20, 000 metres/every _4___ Months.
B.**40 to 45 metres per roll, wrapped in plastic.
C.Weight:Not More than 28 kg. Per Roll
D.Delivery : Within (4 ) weeks after L/C.
E. Must need your Correct (3)Sample as per specifications.
Detail Specifications:
xxxxx:100% cotton, tolerance - 5% other fibers can be added.

2.(Size of Yarn): 105 - 130 tex (5.4 - 4.75's Cotton count), 2-ply carded cotton in warp and weft.

3.Yarn Count for Leno Weave:Warp 33/10 cm (Greige stage), Weft 35/10 cm (Greige stage)

4.Weave: Leno weave (Body).
5.Plain weave 1 x 1 (Stabilizing bars)
xxxxx: Pre-shrunk
Note: Pre-shrinking process must be applied at PROPER STAGE-:

7.Weight-: 285 g/m - (minus) 10% tolerance allowed
xxxxx: Piece dyed or Yarn dyed.
xxxxx Royal Blue. Pantone colour No.19-4052TP* TP.
10.Size of Fabric: 180 cm width only
11.Stabilizing bars:
(i) Each End shall be 12 cm wide, & one in center 5 cm.
OR (ii) all three 12 cm (one in center & 2 Ends)

xxxxx to Light-:Minimum L3.
xxxxx to Laundering-:Minimum GS2
xxxxx to Crocking-: Minimum GS2

IMPORTANT-:
(i) We Must Need atleast 3 Samples: Each Sample Must Be 180cm wide & 1 Meter long-lengthincluding the STABILIZER Bar at Center & Both End side** As Mentioned in the Above Specifications.
(ii) This all 3 Samples Must MEETS PANTONE COLOUR Number.
(iii) Colour Fastness to Artificial Light, Colour Fastness to Laundering, Colour Fastness to Crocking(wet & dry) Must be as per Specifications and will be Tested in ITS Laboratory in CHINA and also in Canada for SAMPLE & Bulk Production. ITS All Testing Expenses will be paid by us.
