Description
Our Company is a Trade & Finance Services company incorporated in BVI. We have Trade and Financial transactions in Hong Kong and China. Currently, we are servicing two (2) of our Commodity Trade Buyer from China who desire to Purchase Mazut M100.
Our CONFIRM BUYER are ready to move and procure within five (5) working days upon receiving SOFT OFFER from Seller (Mine Owner/Seller Mandate/Broker will be entertain). Our commission is US$2/- inclusive of the offer Price.
Due to overwhelming response, we have designed a NON-NEGOTIABLE BUYER PROCEDURE for your consideration so that we can closure the transaction within five (5) working days.
Please refer to our REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURES for your reference.

REQUIREMENTS:
Port of Delivery: Ningbo or Tianjin ~ China
Quantity: 50, 000 > 60, 000 Metric Ton Per Month
Contract: 1 year with option of roll and extension
Specification: Please issue Soft Offer with your Spec.
Payment: DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit)

PROCEDURE
1.All parties signed NCND.
2.Buyer issue LOI to Seller
3.Seller accept LOI and Issue FCO
4.Buyer, confirm, sign, seal and forward FCO to Seller for
counter signed and forward to Buyer.
5.Seller issue Sales & Purchase Agreement together Fee
Protection Agreement to Buyer.
6.Both Seller & Buyer will counter sign and forward to each bank
for follow up and action.
7.Both Bank Capability Letter (BCL) & Proof of Product (POP) wil
l be determined, confirm and exchange via bank to bank SWIFT
protocol.
8.Buyer to issue Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) as payment
for the product.
9.Seller to issue two percent point (2%) as Performance Bond.
