In the field of press and publishing, DM Grafika has been present for more than ten years. Due to well â?? organized, rightly placed business offices our products are successfully presented to the customers. Thus, we make them more economic and accessible in every moment. we were placed trust by many large firms: Masterfoods (Snickers, Twix, Uncle Ben`s, Pedigree, xxxxx), Maxi, Tempo cash&carry, Vital a. d. Vrbas, Celarevo Brewery, Sunce a.d. Sombor, Apatin Brewery â?? Apatin, Neoplanta â?? Novi Sad, Carnex â?? xxxxx DM Grafika is one of few printing firms that was licensed by Banking Association for printing check forms, check cards, bankbooks and valuable papers. All this enables us a successful cooperation and managing our affairs with numerous banks: Banking Association, Alpha bank, Banca Intesa, Raiffesien bank, Raiffeisen Leasing, UniCredit Bank, OTP Bank, Sanpaolo Intesa (Italy) we export promotional material to Italy, and others. Company owns two buildings, with no loans or lease on it, it is 100% our property. Price of 950.000, oo EURO includes both buildings that has 650 square meters, pick-up truck, all machinery and licences and rights that we have, market potenetial (growyh in last 4 years was 10-15% per year, in 2007. TOTAL INCOME was apx. 500.000 EUR) .It`s located 1, 5 km from highway E-75, 60 km from Belgrade, capital of Serbia (30 min.by highway) and 25 km from Indjija, the biggest investment place in whole Eastern-Europe, two days ago"Embassy group" from India has invest 500 mil.US$ in technology park in Indjija (they have signed the contract with local authorities, didn`t start with building it). In last three years company has growth of 10-15% every year, in 2004. we had 330.000 EURO of income, in 2005. 400.000 EURO, in 2006. we had 470.000 EURO and this year we expect 500.000 EURO income. Expansion potential is great, because of Serbian economy, growth of 5-6% every year. Serbia has signed two contract of free trade, CEFTA (free trade with central-European countries: Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Moldova and Serbia), and free-trade contract with Russia (only Byelorussia and Serbia has signed same contract with Russia), which means that if you invest in Serbia Russian market is open for your products and services. We are sponsoring our famous soccer club Partizan - Belgrade in amount of 40.000 EURO per year, if you are not interested in that we can brake this contract any time. That give us good conection with local CEO`s and GM`s of biggest companies in Serbia. There are 16 employees, 3 members of our family included. This is company established by my father, 20 years ago and it is growing really fast so we need to invest, but my father is retired and I`m married with Canadian so I`m planning to live in Canada.
