Description
BD850-CMC815 oil quantity measurement digital display test stand, successfully developed in October, 2005, with mature technique, high measurement precision and high reliability.
up to now, it is domestic only test stand approved acceptance by diesel fuel injection pump professionals technical center .It presents the follweing features:
Oil quantity is measured and displayed in real time by Taiwan ADVANTECH lndustrial Controlled Computer;
Windows operating system
Rotation speed, count, temperature, rack travel, air pressure, advance angle and oil delivery interval angle are measured and controlled by Taiwan ADVANTECH industrial Controlled Computer in real time, then displayde by 15"LCD;
Having the function of oil level indication and filter blocking alarm;
Automatically generating and displaying speed characteristics curve;
Automatically generating and displaying oil delivery characteristics curve;
Automatically generating and displaying advance device characteristics curve;
Built-out independent high efficiency cooling system.



Characteristics:
1 Independent forced machine oil lubrication system;
2 Changing frequency changing rotationg speed, small fall of rotation speed and large output torque;
3 Rotation speed, temperature and running time are measured, controlled and displayed by multifunctional controlling instrument in real time;
4 High precision, high efficiency and energy asving;
5 Six groups of rotation speeds can be set and saved;
6 Six groups of time can be set and saved;
7 Any combination among six groups set can automatically run;
8 Freewheel indication and emergency disposal;
9 Over temperature indication;
10 Rotation speed self-correcting;
11 Independent display and keyboard, easy to repair.
