We are seeking $25 Million USD in investment (equity/debt) to re-capitalize a Commercial Bank in the Caribbean. The bank has had 10 years of operation, 12 branches and holds an invaluable commercial banking license, including offshore banking, which allows the institution to operate throughout the entire Caribbean community.

The Bank seeks a solid and reliable investment partners or financial institutions and is willing to sell up to 40% of equity position to raise the $25 Million in USD. The banks has over $100 Million USD of loan pipeline.
