To whom it may concern:
We are interested in having your company bid on purchasing ASTM C-150 cement 42. We are overwhelmed with order requests and are ready to purchase 3, 000, 000 MT immediately. Our main concern is availability (proof of product). On top of the bid, we will need you to be ready to draft a Sales and Purchase Contract, guaranteeing its entire context by Tuesday, June 24, 2008. Our first shipment must be ready within 30 days. Please also include in your bid, the cost in 50 KG bags and the cost in loose bulk (1.5 tons).

The port of destinations will be as follows:
1. 1, 800, 000 MT to St. Petersburg, Russia in 12 monthly shipments (150, 000 MT per shipment) on CIF basis (Cost, Insurance & Freight) Incoterms 2000
2. 600, 000 to any main Poty port, Black Sea, Georgia, Russia in 12 monthly shipments (50, 000 MT
per shipment) on CIF basis (Cost, Insurance & Freight) Incoterms 2000
3. 600, 000 to Tripoli, Libya in 12 monthly shipments (50, 000 MT per shipment) on CIF basis (Cost,
Insurance & Freight) Incoterms 2000
We will need to divide shipments in monthly increments of 12.
We are also requesting on getting bids in addition to the above as follows (not as urgent as above):

1. 50, 000, 000 MT to Luanda, Angola (10, 000, 000 MT per year) on CIF basis - Incoterms 2000
2. 5, 000, 000 MT to Jiddah, Saudi Arabia in 12 monthly shipments on CIF basis Incoterms 2000
3. 1, 500, 000 to Kosovo in 12 monthly shipments on CIF basis Incoterms 2000
4. 1, 500, 000 to Tripoli, Libya in 12 monthly shipments on CIF basis Incoterms 2000
5. 300, 000 to Kertch, Ukraine - one time shipment on CIF basis - Incoterms 2000
We are prepared to issue an irrevocable, transferable, auto-revolving, divisible, assignable and confirmed letter of credit, issued for the aggregated sum of USD$ covering the monthly shipment quantity of ______ MT (+/- 5%) payable 100% at sight against presentation of shipping documents on per shipment basis until the total quantity
