Description
My firm is a branch office of a top Korean law firm. We have represented and assisted Korean and Chinese buyers seeking the high quality iron ore, scrap metal, coking coal and Type A Steam Coal since 1991.

We have three iron ore buyers right now.

The current buyers' preferred origins are:
USA/CANADA
MEXICO
PERU
BRAZIL

The buyers' destination ports are: 1) Qinghuangdao 2) Tianjin 3) Guangzhou. In your soft offer, please include the CIF price to these ports.

The buyers' desired quantity is: 1) 150, 000MT/Month; 2) 200, 000MT/Month; and 3) 300, 000MT/Month.

The Buyer's banks are 1) Agricultural Bank of China (TOP5 in China); 2) HSBC and 3) ICBC (TOP1 in China).

One of them can issue BG/SBLC as guarantee but the others would like to issue two month revolving L/C automatically renewing for the duration of a sales contract as guarantee.

In general, we receive our commissions from sellers. If you're familiar dealing with Asian buyers, there usually are multiple representatives and intermediaries who are influential to make deals and decisions, and they wish to secure their interest in the background. We enter into agreements with them and act as a single point of contact for transactions on their behalf. Since we're a reputable and credible firm, we receive the commissions for all the buyer side intermediaries from sellers, and distribute them to intermediaries.

Our buyers are real buyers and we have their power of attorney to represent them as their only true and lawful representative in North and South America.
