Description

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are a company producers of wine and beer and are now intersted to invest in a water plant still and carbonated and also the same plant must be capable to bottle carbonated soft drinks and if needed also beer in PET bottles.

At this stage as there is a maximum amount of words that could be written in this display i cannot give you all the items that we require but in future emails can discuss in full detail the requirements.

Just a slight brief view of what we require:

A plant capable to produce 7000 bottles per hour which will include:

Air compressor
Rotary blowoulding machine complete with chiller system and moulds for 0.5 and 2ltr bottles
air conveyors
Monoblock rinser/filler and capper
change over parts for 2l and 0.5l PET and 0.33 and 0.75l glass
ozoner
Mechanical step cap elevator
Semi automatic CIP system
Fill level and cap inspector
Printer ink jet

handle applicator
Robotic palletization
Pallet sretrching
