I need a Elisa kit for determining the antigenicity of pneumococcal conjugate vaccines the antgen and antibodies are
1. Pneumococcal cell-wall polysaccharide,
2. Horseradish peroxidase-labeled goat anti-mouse antibodies
3. Tetanus toxoid (TTd), similar properties to that for vaccine production
4. Native 19F polysaccharide from Streptococcus pneumoniae, mol wt 1250 kDa
5. High-titer rabbit anti-Pn19F PS IgG serum.
