Please find below our investment criteria for Asia Pacific region: We are looking for buildings, conservation units, hotels for sales. We are budget hotel investment cum operator and we plan to acquire over 100 properties in Asia Pacific belt for our venture. In order for us to consider the properties for our venture, we hereby stipulate our basic requirements about the property: 1. Our Hotels shall range from 80 - 200 rooms 2. Location - preferably urban and sub-urban within the 1st & 2nd tier cities, and as well as near to train station & commercial district; 3. Provincial: We prefer to start our venture in the main cities of Asian countries; 4. Building of 4 - 15 floors and prefer potential for retrofitting and conversion; to suit our brand theme and concepts; 5. Must be near amenities; 6. Our boutique budget hotels are catering for business travelers and as well as domestic travelers and inbound foreign travelers. 7. Preferred land size ranging from 10, 000 - 200, 000 sq ft with GFA of 5 to 10 times. Secondly, during our evaluation stage of any property, we require professional services, like valuation, assessment and feasibility reporting, in broad terms: 1.
