Description
We are looking for the long term contract for high efficiency Emulsifier for our upcoming projects. The specifications of oil to be emulsified are given below with different flow rates. Please work out on the possibilities for each flowSpecification Sheet for Emulsifier Equipment Oil Quantity/Batch size Emulsifier - 1 For In-line Emulsifier - Min. – 75 kg/hr, Max - 300 kg/hr OR For off-line Emulsifier - 3000 kg/batch Emulsifier - 2 For In-line Emulsifier - Min. – 300 kg/hr, Max - 750 kg/hr OR For off-line Emulsifier - 7500 kg/batch Emulsifier – 3 For In-line Emulsifier - Min. – 750 kg/hr, Max - 1200 kg/hr OR For off-line Emulsifier - 12000 kg/batch Oil to be Emulsified - Furnace Oil (FO) Oil Emulsified with - Water Emulsifying agent - Additives (Emulsifier) Oil temperature before emulsifying equipment - 50 ºC Oil Pressure - 5 kg/cm2 Water Quantity - 5 to 10 % of FO Time for which the oil remains in Emulsified state irrespective of any condition - 3 - 5 days Degree of Emulsification required - Water particle size should be below or equal to 1 µm Specifications of Furnace Oil (FO) Density (Approx. kg/lit at 15ºC) - 0.9 to 0.96 Flash point (ºC) - 66 to 95 Pour point (ºC) - 20 G .C.V. ( kcal/kg) - 10,200 NCV (kcal/kg) - 9650 Sulphur total % wt. max - 4.0 Water Content % Vol. Max - 1.0 Sediment % wt.
