Description
Actively taking immediate offers to sell JPA1. We are direct to buyer representative, buyer mandate or buyer on each request. All are confirmed and we have NCNDA/IMFPA on each, as per our requirement. Banking and credentials have been provided for other transactions and we would have preferred to have these requests filled by weekend. We do not accept chains and seller contacts must be the seller, sellers mandate or at least next to mandate.

FOB CIF negotiable

Seller will be required to sign IMFPA and no transferable LC's. POP must come after BLC or RWA and before LC or banking instrument. Seller will need to supply formal soft offer, min specs and procedures. Sell side must confirm that seller has signed NCNDA/IMFPA , buy side will confirm buyer has signed. LOI with banking and ICPO will follow and buyer and seller will be introduced. This process has works well and these buyers are in closing on products now.
